How it works

On our services page click on the create an account below and provide your contact info. On the booking appointment page please let us know what type of client services you need. We accept all types of request, so whether you are a patient or provider you are welcome to use our online registration system.

Next - enter specific details about your service request including date, time address location and click on the book appointment now.

Payments: Enter your payment option and click send for electronic payment or contact our friendly operations support team to request payment over the phone assistance. Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email.

Appointments: On the day before your scheduled appointment our skilled, licensed technician will contact you to confirm the appointment time and location is still valid and will arrive at the date and time of your appointment to perform the specimen collection services you requested, then deliver them to the lab of your choice. Cancellations. Please Allow window of 48 hour notice. A $75. fees will apply to last minute cancellations after 24 hours.
